I have personally planned and led the successful execution of numerous charity events—alongside strong, committed teams—across every location I’ve worked in, many of which I have hosted three to five times at different dealerships. From concept and coordination through execution and community engagement, I have taken a hands-on leadership role to ensure each initiative delivered meaningful, measurable impact.

Over the years, employees have consistently shared how proud they are to participate in these charitable efforts and to work for organizations that genuinely prioritize community involvement. Giving back and contributing to the greater good is deeply important to me, and these initiatives reflect my commitment to service, connection, and purpose beyond the dealership walls.
Mercedes Women’s Wednesdays
This was a curated customer appreciation and community engagement series created to connect with our women customers while elevating the Mercedes-Benz brand experience beyond the showroom.
Each event highlighted new model launches, fostered meaningful networking, and partnered with local charities to raise awareness and funding. By blending luxury, education, and purpose, the series strengthened customer relationships, reinforced brand loyalty, and demonstrated the impact of thoughtfully executed, experience-driven events aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards and values.

Valhalla Pet Rescue
In partnership with Valhalla Pet Rescue, community events were hosted to support their ongoing efforts to rescue, care for, and rehome animals. These events generated a significant volume of pet food donations, directly benefiting local animals in need. The initiative reflected a strong commitment to animal welfare and demonstrated how community engagement can create tangible, positive outcomes.
RAGS (Mercedes-Benz Annual Giving Event)
RAGS was held annually at Mercedes-Benz as a dedicated giving initiative to support women who have experienced domestic violence. The event focused on raising funds and awareness for local organizations providing safety, resources, and advocacy for women in need. Through strong employee participation and coordinated fundraising efforts, RAGS reinforced a culture of compassion, support, and social responsibility within the organization.

FuturePreneurs Unlimited (FPU), led by former

I was proud to host a youth entrepreneurship showcase in partnership with FuturePreneurs Unlimited. The event featured young entrepreneurs from underserved communities, each hosting a business booth selling their custom-made items and sharing their ideas.
Through the program, students are paired with mentors in their chosen business fields, gaining real-world experience, confidence, and guidance as they build their future.

Tacoma Rescue Mission
A seasonal donation drive was organized to support Tacoma Rescue Mission, focused on collecting essential items such as coats, blankets, socks, sleeping bags, and toiletries. The initiative addressed immediate needs within the local community, providing critical resources for individuals and families experiencing hardship. This effort emphasized compassion, responsiveness, and direct community support during times of greatest need.

Toys for Tots
Proud to have completed seven consecutive years of Toys for Tots donation drives serving underprivileged children in our community. These efforts united dealership teams, customers, and local partners to collect toys and essentials for families in need throughout the holiday season. The program became a consistent, annual initiative rooted in service, compassion, and a commitment to giving back where it matters most.
